      Not as good as expected

      Disappointing performance. They sound very loud and clear unplugged, but very muddy through my rig.
      I'm using an active bass with three-band tone control, and switchable mid-frequency, and an Ashdown amp. and I just can't get them to cut through the mix.
      Previously, I was using DR Lo-Riders, which are much more articulate.
