      the sounds are much more realistic than the sr16 I’ve had for years and the presets seem fine but if you are inclined to tap out rhythms ...

      Hmm, the sounds are much more realistic than the sr16 I’ve had for years and the presets seem fine but if you are inclined to tap out rhythms on the pads, (like me) it’s not the machine for you. The pad touch sensitivity basically doesn’t work so half way through a track the snare or another sound will randomly become really loud (unconnected to pad pressure applied). It’s therefore dissapointing in this regard and not fit for purpose. I guess I’ll have to get one of those pad kits.

      This was purchased for my husband for Christmas as a gift from us all for his music projects. He is delighted with it. It arrived very quickly and well protected. it does all he wanted and more. Woukd recommend the product and supplier.

      I like the battery option .
      Although when using my fully charged nimi rechargable batteries the display almost immediately starts flashing LOW BATTERY.
